My K1600 was recently repaired by my shop. I originally thought it may be my coils (so did the dealership), but ended up being my fuel pump needed replaced. Bike runs (dare I say) better than new? However, the service manager mentioned that coils going out were a bit of a problem for the K1600, so not looking forward to that repair. As a rule of thumb, I try to replace OEM parts with OEM (or better) parts due to the rash of crap Chinese parts floating around on the market that tend to fail very quickly. I do hope that the RMSTATOR coil-overs prove to have longevity for you. I'm not familiar with the brand, but will look them up and bookmark them for the future. Looking forward to any long-term updates from you.

Are there bike baskets for e-scooters like dualtron i have an X limited and i wanna invest in a seat kit so i can do long UberEats sessions, I love the preformance of my dualtron is very much needed in the suburban area I live but my ebike is more practical for food delivery only problem is it's just class 3 and i'm learning 25mph is just not enough if theres a basket officially or unofficially for dualtron seats i could return my ebike and i could finally use my e-scooter for both personal transportation & UberEats.

if you ride at 45 to 55mph you probably get 40 to 50 miles. it would be interesting to take it for a spin on the city see how much range I get out of it. I have a FLJ K-13 it gives me a range of 40 milles riding it at 35 -to 45mph. Where I live there's a lot of steep hills on the road, i weight 230lb.

if you get a busted tire on the dirt road it would be next to imposible to change it if you bring a spare tire with you 🙄

Overtime the GT JUMP 2's will just be too unstable, especially for widefooters. That foam sidewall is gonna break in and so will the plastic supporting the outrigger. I've played 3 months on mine and now I'm too afraid to play in them again.

Can you share your setup? RPM setup, sensor setup, cut-off setup and where exactly did you install the sensor? I`ve been trying to set mine up over a year, but I think my healtech does`t work well. My sensor values varies between 20 and 30% while I am shifting gears, too low in my opinion since the minumium adjust is 20%. I don`t have another kit to compare. My current setup works smoothly like the original one but for many times suddenly starts to work rough under the same setup in the same ride while I am shifting gears. Sometimes work rough most of the time, but if I turn my bike off and turn on again to reset it, this is back to work well again. I would say 75, 80% of time works well. I am trying to figure out what changes when shifting gears are bad. If is the sensor delay change, or cut-off time change in its hardware. I tried to change how strong I kick it, how fast I kick it, but nothing change. I changed sensor position to nearest to my foot and I didn't have any significant change.

Thanks for this great comprehensive review! Being that PMT does not make a 13" tire, do you know of a 13" brand road tire that is comparable, or better than the CSTs? I have PMTs on all my other scoots up to 11" and it's night and day. Thanks!

I disagree with this person on the storm. I don't see any safety issues with it. Not having real suspension isn't really a safety issue, it's just a comfort issue. And the storm has 11" wheels which are plenty big enough. Just don't be an idiot when riding and you'll be fine. Stay away from pot holes and be careful when going over 40

I'm not a huge fan of steering dampers. They can lock up, and then you're fucked. I think you're honestly just better off getting used to the scooter and riding it as is. I know a lot of ppl whose steering dampers have tightened up on them and then they have an even bigger problem.

I know you're just getting a following and trying to grow your channel. It's obvious that you know your stuff. However, save yourself some unnecessary headaches, vitriol online and even possible litigation and take a few words of advice. You're basically telling on yourself when you are looking at a specific rig and pointing out that these are still here because you made a mistake. We all make em. But in this instance you're giving clients evidence against you in court should they get the rig back and something not function or stop working that you yourself damaged. Your also telling them you're not an expert and stupid as it may sound, you have that rig because they believe you are. The less you say, the better in some cases. Your knowledge grows every time you run into something new. but nobody else needs to know that their rig is still in the shop for a mistake you made. Also, I would be careful calling a specific scooter "trash" or don't bother. You'd be surprised how many potential subscribers may have a problem with that. They'll tune out if you don't spend some time on even the rigs you don't like.. everyone likes to upgrade or modify what they have and hear someone like you praise it. It goes a long way. Good luck with the channel. I'll keep watching.

I never bought a dualtron they look nice but i dont trust any of them. Especially how they all use that same type rugged folding clamp mechanism that wont last long. Second of all pretty dumb how you have to go through a mess to adjust suspension by having to change cartridge. And too overpriced not even the dualtron thunder 3 is fast as i thought specs says goes like 55 mph for $4,500. I rather buy like the mars XTR for $3,300 goes up to 68 mph with dual stem which is alot better and probably doesnt need steering demper but those just a few of my thoughts.

just take the one under the BMW LOGO in the handlebar assembly and reach down. thats it. Did it today… it took 10 minutes . Also upgraded to a LED Xenon, let’s see how it goes . Better luck next time! 👍🏽
